So guys / gals any suggestions for this event? I can tell you my goal is to double the overall attendance from last year. There is a large club in VA that came last year , Stangs & Fangs.. they have offered to co-host this event if we are interested. Any input on that? My thoughts are that Stangs & Fangs can really help us pull more VA support ..

I like the idea of dual clubs at this event. SRUMC had a good turnout of vehicles, King's D will need a larger area if we double the attendance. It wouldn't surprise me if we could get attendance from HCMC, WOT, Sandhill's, especially if they give the park discount they provided last year.

Hey!!! I thought we were all planning on going to this another weekend. Or maybe I got mixed up somehow. Either way, Im soooooo happy right now, cause I am off that weekend and Id be happy to go!!!!!!! COUNT ME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have a meeting coming up with Ms Pamela Gorman...as soon as that is complete she will order the fliers and we will get them going.. Once again if you can go please do..Lets have a great Showing by SRUMC

Please feel free to post it up on the HCMC forum! I can see in the calendar that there ain't other shows on the schedule for June 5th, so there should be potential for a good few cars.
